libfcl0-dbg software package provides Flexible Collision Library - debug files, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libfcl0-dbg
libfcl0-dbg is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libfcl0-dbg package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libfcl0-dbg *
You will get with libfcl0-dbg package name, version, architecture and description in a table
