How to uninstall or remove libextutils-typemaps-default-p software package from Debian 8 (Jessie)

You can uninstall or removes an installed libextutils-typemaps-default-p package itself from Debian 8 (Jessie) through the terminal,

$ sudo apt-get remove libextutils-typemaps-default-p

Uninstall libextutils-typemaps-default-p including dependent package

If you would like to remove libextutils-typemaps-default-p and it's dependent packages which are no longer needed from Ubuntu,

$ sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove libextutils-typemaps-default-p

Use Purging libextutils-typemaps-default-p

If you use with purge options to libextutils-typemaps-default-p package all the configuration and dependent packages will be removed.

$ sudo apt-get purge libextutils-typemaps-default-p

If you use purge options along with auto remove, will be removed everything regarding the package, It's really useful when you want to reinstall again.

$ sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove libextutils-typemaps-default-p
