libextutils-command-perl software package provides virtual package provided by perl-modules, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libextutils-command-perl
libextutils-command-perl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libextutils-command-perl package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libextutils-command-perl*
You will get with libextutils-command-perl package name, version, architecture and description in a table
