libexporter-declare-perl software package provides perl module for meta-driven exporting, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libexporter-declare-perl
libexporter-declare-perl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libexporter-declare-perl package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libexporter-declare-perl *
You will get with libexporter-declare-perl package name, version, architecture and description in a table
