libevhtp0 software package provides Libevent based HTTP API, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libevhtp0
libevhtp0 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libevhtp0 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libevhtp0 *
You will get with libevhtp0 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
