libevdev2-udeb software package provides wrapper library for evdev devices - udeb, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libevdev2-udeb
libevdev2-udeb is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libevdev2-udeb package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libevdev2-udeb *
You will get with libevdev2-udeb package name, version, architecture and description in a table
