How to uninstall or remove libestring-ocaml-bu4n3 software package from Debian 8 (Jessie)

You can uninstall or removes an installed libestring-ocaml-bu4n3 package itself from Debian 8 (Jessie) through the terminal,

$ sudo apt-get remove libestring-ocaml-bu4n3

Uninstall libestring-ocaml-bu4n3 including dependent package

If you would like to remove libestring-ocaml-bu4n3 and it's dependent packages which are no longer needed from Ubuntu,

$ sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove libestring-ocaml-bu4n3

Use Purging libestring-ocaml-bu4n3

If you use with purge options to libestring-ocaml-bu4n3 package all the configuration and dependent packages will be removed.

$ sudo apt-get purge libestring-ocaml-bu4n3

If you use purge options along with auto remove, will be removed everything regarding the package, It's really useful when you want to reinstall again.

$ sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove libestring-ocaml-bu4n3
