libepr-api-dev software package provides virtual package provided by libepr-api2-dev, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libepr-api-dev
libepr-api-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libepr-api-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libepr-api-dev*
You will get with libepr-api-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
