libemail-address-perl software package provides Perl module for RFC 2822 address parsing and creation, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libemail-address-perl
libemail-address-perl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libemail-address-perl package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libemail-address-perl *
You will get with libemail-address-perl package name, version, architecture and description in a table
