libelektra4-dbus software package provides elektra configuration store, dbus plugin, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libelektra4-dbus
libelektra4-dbus is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libelektra4-dbus package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libelektra4-dbus *
You will get with libelektra4-dbus package name, version, architecture and description in a table
