libelektra-dev software package provides elektra configuration store, main library [development], you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libelektra-dev
libelektra-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libelektra-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libelektra-dev *
You will get with libelektra-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
