libecere0 software package provides Ecere Runtime Library, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libecere0
libecere0 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libecere0 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libecere0 *
You will get with libecere0 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
