libebml-dev software package provides access library for the EBML format (development files), you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libebml-dev
libebml-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libebml-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libebml-dev *
You will get with libebml-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
