libdouble-conversion-dbg software package provides routines to convert IEEE floats to and from strings (debugging symbols), you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libdouble-conversion-dbg
libdouble-conversion-dbg is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libdouble-conversion-dbg package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libdouble-conversion-dbg *
You will get with libdouble-conversion-dbg package name, version, architecture and description in a table
