libdotconf0 software package provides Configuration file parser library - runtime files, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libdotconf0
libdotconf0 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libdotconf0 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libdotconf0 *
You will get with libdotconf0 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
