libdm0-dev software package provides Data Management API static libraries and headers, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libdm0-dev
libdm0-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libdm0-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libdm0-dev *
You will get with libdm0-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
