libdkim-dev software package provides cryptographically identify the sender of email, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libdkim-dev
libdkim-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libdkim-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libdkim-dev *
You will get with libdkim-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
