libdist-zilla-plugin-test-perl software package provides Dist::Zilla plugin to check your code with perlcritic, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libdist-zilla-plugin-test-perl
libdist-zilla-plugin-test-perl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libdist-zilla-plugin-test-perl package were installed using the commands given below,
