libdist-zilla-plugin-changelog software package provides Dist::Zilla plugin to build a Changes file from a projects git log, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libdist-zilla-plugin-changelog
libdist-zilla-plugin-changelog is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libdist-zilla-plugin-changelog package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libdist-zilla-plugin-changelog*
You will get with libdist-zilla-plugin-changelog package name, version, architecture and description in a table
