libdigest-md2-perl software package provides MD2 Message Digest for Perl, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libdigest-md2-perl
libdigest-md2-perl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libdigest-md2-perl package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libdigest-md2-perl *
You will get with libdigest-md2-perl package name, version, architecture and description in a table
