libdevil1c2 software package provides Cross-platform image loading and manipulation toolkit, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libdevil1c2
libdevil1c2 is installed in your system.
