libdevel-declare-perl software package provides module to add new syntax to Perl, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libdevel-declare-perl
libdevel-declare-perl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libdevel-declare-perl package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libdevel-declare-perl *
You will get with libdevel-declare-perl package name, version, architecture and description in a table
