How to uninstall or remove libdecodeqr-examples software package from Debian 8 (Jessie)

You can uninstall or removes an installed libdecodeqr-examples package itself from Debian 8 (Jessie) through the terminal,

$ sudo apt-get remove libdecodeqr-examples

Uninstall libdecodeqr-examples including dependent package

If you would like to remove libdecodeqr-examples and it's dependent packages which are no longer needed from Ubuntu,

$ sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove libdecodeqr-examples

Use Purging libdecodeqr-examples

If you use with purge options to libdecodeqr-examples package all the configuration and dependent packages will be removed.

$ sudo apt-get purge libdecodeqr-examples

If you use purge options along with auto remove, will be removed everything regarding the package, It's really useful when you want to reinstall again.

$ sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove libdecodeqr-examples
