libdebug-trace-perl software package provides module to trace Perl subroutine calls, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libdebug-trace-perl
libdebug-trace-perl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libdebug-trace-perl package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libdebug-trace-perl *
You will get with libdebug-trace-perl package name, version, architecture and description in a table
