How to uninstall or remove libdebian-package-html-perl software package from Debian 8 (Jessie)

You can uninstall or removes an installed libdebian-package-html-perl package itself from Debian 8 (Jessie) through the terminal,

$ sudo apt-get remove libdebian-package-html-perl

Uninstall libdebian-package-html-perl including dependent package

If you would like to remove libdebian-package-html-perl and it's dependent packages which are no longer needed from Ubuntu,

$ sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove libdebian-package-html-perl

Use Purging libdebian-package-html-perl

If you use with purge options to libdebian-package-html-perl package all the configuration and dependent packages will be removed.

$ sudo apt-get purge libdebian-package-html-perl

If you use purge options along with auto remove, will be removed everything regarding the package, It's really useful when you want to reinstall again.

$ sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove libdebian-package-html-perl
