libdebconfclient0-udeb software package provides Debian Configuration Management System (C-implementation), you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libdebconfclient0-udeb
libdebconfclient0-udeb is installed in your system.
