libdebconf-kde0 software package provides Debconf KDE GUI library, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libdebconf-kde0
libdebconf-kde0 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libdebconf-kde0 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libdebconf-kde0 *
You will get with libdebconf-kde0 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
