libdbm-deep-perl software package provides pure perl multi-level hash/array DBM that supports transactions, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libdbm-deep-perl
libdbm-deep-perl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libdbm-deep-perl package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libdbm-deep-perl *
You will get with libdbm-deep-perl package name, version, architecture and description in a table
