How to uninstall or remove libdbix-class-uuidcolumns-perl software package from Debian 8 (Jessie)

You can uninstall or removes an installed libdbix-class-uuidcolumns-perl package itself from Debian 8 (Jessie) through the terminal,

$ sudo apt-get remove libdbix-class-uuidcolumns-perl

Uninstall libdbix-class-uuidcolumns-perl including dependent package

If you would like to remove libdbix-class-uuidcolumns-perl and it's dependent packages which are no longer needed from Ubuntu,

$ sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove libdbix-class-uuidcolumns-perl

Use Purging libdbix-class-uuidcolumns-perl

If you use with purge options to libdbix-class-uuidcolumns-perl package all the configuration and dependent packages will be removed.

$ sudo apt-get purge libdbix-class-uuidcolumns-perl

If you use purge options along with auto remove, will be removed everything regarding the package, It's really useful when you want to reinstall again.

$ sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove libdbix-class-uuidcolumns-perl
