libdbd-sqlite3 software package provides SQLite3 database driver for libdbi, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libdbd-sqlite3
libdbd-sqlite3 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libdbd-sqlite3 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libdbd-sqlite3 *
You will get with libdbd-sqlite3 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
