libdatetime-event-ical-perl software package provides Perl DateTime extension for computing RFC2445 recurrences, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libdatetime-event-ical-perl
libdatetime-event-ical-perl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libdatetime-event-ical-perl package were installed using the commands given below,
