libdatetime-event-cron-perl software package provides DateTime extension for generating recurrence sets from crontab lines and files, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libdatetime-event-cron-perl
libdatetime-event-cron-perl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libdatetime-event-cron-perl package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libdatetime-event-cron-perl *
You will get with libdatetime-event-cron-perl package name, version, architecture and description in a table
