libdata-perl-perl software package provides classes wrapping fundamental Perl data types, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libdata-perl-perl
libdata-perl-perl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libdata-perl-perl package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libdata-perl-perl *
You will get with libdata-perl-perl package name, version, architecture and description in a table
