libdata-dump-streamer-perl software package provides module for serializing a data structure as Perl code, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libdata-dump-streamer-perl
libdata-dump-streamer-perl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libdata-dump-streamer-perl package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libdata-dump-streamer-perl *
