libdata-buffer-perl software package provides Read/write buffer class for perl, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libdata-buffer-perl
libdata-buffer-perl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libdata-buffer-perl package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libdata-buffer-perl *
You will get with libdata-buffer-perl package name, version, architecture and description in a table
