libdata-alias-perl software package provides module to create aliases instead of copies, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libdata-alias-perl
libdata-alias-perl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libdata-alias-perl package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libdata-alias-perl *
You will get with libdata-alias-perl package name, version, architecture and description in a table
