libdapclient3 software package provides Client library for the Network Data Access Protocol, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libdapclient3
libdapclient3 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libdapclient3 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libdapclient3 *
You will get with libdapclient3 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
