libcxsparse3.1.2 software package provides concise sparse matrix library (complex, int and long int support), you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libcxsparse3.1.2
libcxsparse3.1.2 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libcxsparse3.1.2 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libcxsparse3.1.2 *
You will get with libcxsparse3.1.2 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
