libctypes-ocaml software package provides library for binding to C libraries using pure OCaml (runtime), you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libctypes-ocaml
libctypes-ocaml is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libctypes-ocaml package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libctypes-ocaml *
You will get with libctypes-ocaml package name, version, architecture and description in a table
