libctpl2 software package provides template engine written in C, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libctpl2
libctpl2 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libctpl2 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libctpl2 *
You will get with libctpl2 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
