libctapimkt-dev software package provides virtual package provided by libctapimkt1-dev, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libctapimkt-dev
libctapimkt-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libctapimkt-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libctapimkt-dev*
You will get with libctapimkt-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
