libct4 software package provides libraries for connecting to MS SQL and Sybase SQL servers, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libct4
libct4 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libct4 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libct4 *
You will get with libct4 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
