libcsv-java software package provides CSV IO library for Java, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libcsv-java
libcsv-java is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libcsv-java package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libcsv-java *
You will get with libcsv-java package name, version, architecture and description in a table
