libcss-perl software package provides object oriented access to Cascading Style Sheets (CSS), you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libcss-perl
libcss-perl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libcss-perl package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libcss-perl *
You will get with libcss-perl package name, version, architecture and description in a table
