libcss-dom-perl software package provides interface to the Document Object Model for Cascading Style Sheets, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libcss-dom-perl
libcss-dom-perl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libcss-dom-perl package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libcss-dom-perl *
You will get with libcss-dom-perl package name, version, architecture and description in a table
