libcroco3-dev software package provides Cascading Style Sheet (CSS) parsing and manipulation toolkit, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libcroco3-dev
libcroco3-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libcroco3-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libcroco3-dev *
You will get with libcroco3-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
