You can uninstall or removes an installed libcreal-ocaml-dev-v2c48 package itself from Debian 8 (Jessie) through the terminal,

$ sudo apt-get remove libcreal-ocaml-dev-v2c48

Uninstall libcreal-ocaml-dev-v2c48 including dependent package

If you would like to remove libcreal-ocaml-dev-v2c48 and it's dependent packages which are no longer needed from Ubuntu,

$ sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove libcreal-ocaml-dev-v2c48
Use Purging libcreal-ocaml-dev-v2c48

If you use with purge options to libcreal-ocaml-dev-v2c48 package all the configuration and dependent packages will be removed.

$ sudo apt-get purge libcreal-ocaml-dev-v2c48

If you use purge options along with auto remove, will be removed everything regarding the package, It's really useful when you want to reinstall again.
