libcppdb-postgresql0 software package provides SQL Connectivity Library (PostgreSQL backend), you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libcppdb-postgresql0
libcppdb-postgresql0 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libcppdb-postgresql0 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libcppdb-postgresql0 *
You will get with libcppdb-postgresql0 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
