How to uninstall or remove libcppdb-mysql0 software package from Debian 8 (Jessie)

You can uninstall or removes an installed libcppdb-mysql0 package itself from Debian 8 (Jessie) through the terminal,

$ sudo apt-get remove libcppdb-mysql0 

Uninstall libcppdb-mysql0 including dependent package

If you would like to remove libcppdb-mysql0 and it's dependent packages which are no longer needed from Ubuntu,

$ sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove libcppdb-mysql0 
Use Purging libcppdb-mysql0

If you use with purge options to libcppdb-mysql0 package all the configuration and dependent packages will be removed.

$ sudo apt-get purge libcppdb-mysql0 

If you use purge options along with auto remove, will be removed everything regarding the package, It's really useful when you want to reinstall again.

$ sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove libcppdb-mysql0
