libcoyotl-dev software package provides portable C++ classes used by acovea -- development files, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libcoyotl-dev
libcoyotl-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libcoyotl-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libcoyotl-dev *
You will get with libcoyotl-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
